Weekend Inspiration!

Good morning!

Today I have some wonderful creation to inspire your weekend scrapping!

First up is Renea with two amazing Mixed Media tags

This is Renea's pocket tag!  It is a large 4 1/4 x 9 1/4 Inch sized tag, that started with a layer of the kit paper that she stenciled, then took a piece of canvas, frayed the edges and misted it.  She added one of the Prima tags from the Embellishment Add On that I distressed and inked, topped it with some hemp rope and added Prima crystal from a previous kit.
Next came some lace, and a Prima Oval Frame Resin that she filled with some beads.

Next she added flowers from the kit and Floral Add On and more hemp rope.

She created corner details and texture using the glitter from the kit, Teal Glitter Glass, and Microbeads along with more beads.

On the backside she formed a pocket and topped it with more crochet lace, and kit flower, then took some of the journaling cards from the Kit, distressed the edges and tucked them into the pocket.

The 2nd Tag is an oversized 4 1/4 x 8 3/4 Inches. The first layer is distressed and inked kit paper and topped it with another canvas panel that I stenciled and misted. she heated the edges on the canvas with her heat gun and actually burned them in spots to get that yummy aged look!!
The tag is one of the Prima Tags from the Embellishment Add On that I distressed and inked, topping it with some rope and Prima crystal, then added more of the crochet lace.

She added  a Prima Oval Frame Resin and filled it with more of the beads, topped it with a Prima Seahorse Resin that she colored.

she added some Floral Add On Flowers,  and more rope.

Here is the backside of the tag that she added a journal spot to from a past SOD kit.

And  next is an altered coffin from me....

I had this wood coffin in my stash so I altered it with many of the elements from the kit

First I painted it black, then covered it with crackle medium and added some of the black glitter glass from the kit

when everything was dry I splattered the white Lindy's mist over top

The headstone is from last years Halloween kit.  I covered it in a thick layer of crackle medium then mated it with grey cardstock and of course inked the edges

The flower is a Marion Smith vine from the floral add on that I misted with the Lindy's Jazzy Jivin purple mist from this months color add on and the Dylusions squeezed orange from a previous kit.

I added the lace from elements add on and the spiders I had in my stash

I sprayed some cheesecloth with mists and added a plastic sketeton

and added a flower to his lapel or what would have been his lapel! lol!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
